Baptist Lentz

Baptist Lentz (March 3, 1887 , † 1968 ) was a German lawyer.

Career

Lentz worked as a judge from 1916 to 1924. From 1925 to 1935 he worked in the Prussian Ministry of Justice, from 1935 to 1944 in the Reich Ministry of Justice and from 1944 to 1945 for the Reich Commissioner for the Treatment of Enemy Property .

After the end of the war he was transferred to the German Central Administration of Justice . From 1948 he was deputy head of the personnel office of the United Economic Area . After the establishment of the Federal Republic of Germany, he worked in the Federal Ministry of Finance from 1950 and was appointed Ministerial Director there in 1951 . After 1953 he was managing director of the federally owned Treuhand-Abwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.
