Barbara Goerlich
Barbara Goerlich (* in Reutlingen ) is a German journalist, author and restaurant critic.
Life
The trained hotel specialist and business economist lives and works in Frankfurt am Main and writes for Business Traveler , Slowfood Magazin , Der Feinschmecker , PRESTIGE Switzerland , CRUCERO-Das Kreuzfahrtmagazin , touristik aktuell , Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung and the city magazine The Frankfurter , among others . She completed her traineeship in a specialist publisher (Arne Krüger, Hochheim). She then held various PR positions in the international hotel industry (Canadian Pacific, Hilton, Steigenberger).
Barbara Goerlich was editor-in-chief of Restaurant International magazine , board member of DJV Hessen and long-time columnist for Frankfurter Rundschau (including Tafelspitzen ) and author of Wirtschaftswoche and Financial Times. She is a member of the Food Editors Club Deutschland eV and the Frankfurter Presse Club. She works as a freelance (specialist) journalist and author in the field of food & lifestyle, gastronomy & hotel business.
