The Barfield Tarn is a lake in the Lake District , Cumbria , England .

The Barfield Tarn is south of Bootle and west of the Black Combe . The Holegill Beck forms its inflow on the east side and its outflow on the west side.

The lake is privately owned and is not freely accessible. It is located in the middle of agricultural land.
