Barnov

Barnov , also Olověná (German Bernhau ) is a 1946 extinct place in Northern Moravia on the site of the Libavá military training area . It is located in the Chudý potok valley, a tributary of the Oder .

history

Bernhau was populated by a predominantly German-speaking population and belonged to the Bärn district between 1938 and 1945 . In 1910 Bernau had 382 inhabitants, in 1921 there were 347 inhabitants and in 1930 Bernhau had 359 inhabitants. The population was expelled in 1946 and the district became part of the Libavá military training area.
