Baron Balfour of Glenawley was a hereditary British title in the Peerage of Ireland named after Clanawley in County Fermanagh .

Award

The title was created on November 8, 1619 by King James I for the Scottish nobleman Sir James Balfour , the younger brother of Michael Balfour, 1st Lord Balfour of Burleigh .

The title expired with the death of his younger son, the 3rd Baron, around 1636.
