Baron Martonmere

Baron Martonmere , of Blackpool in the County Palatine of Lancaster , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

The title was created on May 13, 1964 for the Conservative MP, Sir Roland Robinson . From 1964 to 1972 he was governor of Bermuda .

Today's title holder has been his grandson John Robinson, who lives in Canada, as 2nd Baron since 1989 .
