Baron Russell of Liverpool
Baron Russell of Liverpool , of Liverpool in the County Palatine of Lancaster , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created for Sir Edward Russell on October 9, 1919 . He had been editor of the Liverpool Daily Post for almost 50 years and from 1885 to 1887 also a member of the House of Commons .
