Baron Russell of Killowen
Baron Russell of Killowen , of Killowen in the County of Down , was a non-hereditary title ( Life Peerage ) in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The title was awarded three times, namely to the following lord judges :
- May 7, 1894 to Sir Charles Russell (1832-1900);
- on November 18, 1929 to his son, Frank Russell (1867-1946);
- on September 30, 1975 to his son, Charles Ritchie Russell (1908-1986).
