Access

The round stone mound is about 25.0 m in diameter and four meters high. Its low curbs are largely preserved in situ , especially on the north side . In the melted hill on the east side, in front of the entrance to the Chamber of the Passage Tombs of the Orkney-Cromarty (OC) or Orkney-Cromarty-Hebridean type, traces of a deep V-shaped atrium have been preserved. The corridor, which is covered with flat plates, is about four meters long. It expands before merging into an oval chamber that is intact and covered by three large plates. However, the chamber is not accessible.

To the north, on the slope of Mharrogh Hill, lies the well-preserved cairn of South Clettraval or Tigh Cloiche. In the round stone mound with a diameter of 24 m and a height of more than four meters, there is an accessible Tomb passage with a round chamber.

Surroundings

On the southwest side of the hill is the oval stone circle Pobull Fhinn .
