Bart Becht

Lambertus Johannes Hermanus Becht (born July 29, 1956 ) is a Dutch manager who was CEO of Reckitt Benckiser from 1999 to 2011 . From 2010 to 2018, Becht was a partner at JAB Holding , and in January 2019 he announced that he would be retiring.

After studying at the University of Groningen and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Chicago , he worked for Procter & Gamble . In 1999 he became CEO at Reckitt-Benckiser, which became the most profitable consumer goods manufacturer in the world over the next 10 years.

Becht is considered gruff. In 2009 he made £ 92 million .
