Bartosz Kizierowski (born February 20, 1977 in Warsaw ) is a Polish swimmer.

Kizierowski started for the first time internationally at the Junior European Championships in 1993 and won two bronze medals in the 100 and 200 m backseat. In the seniors, however, he then switched to the short freestyle routes and first took part in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta . About 100 m freestyle he came there to the semi-finals.

He came close to medals in international competitions for the first time in 1999 at the European Championships. He was fourth in the 50 and 100 m freestyle. Also at his second Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000 he was fifth over 50 m freestyle and on his return to the back discipline fifth over 100 m.

At the European Championships in Berlin in 2002 , he won his first medals: European champion over 50 m freestyle and bronze medal over 50 m back. The 2003 World Championships in Barcelona and the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens were disappointing. In Athens he did not get past the semi-finals in the 50 m freestyle, now his special course.

His greatest success was then next to the European championship title in 2000 at the swimming world championships in 2005 in Montreal, the bronze medal in the 50 m freestyle. At the European Swimming Championships in Budapest in 2006 , he was able to repeat his success from 2000 and was again European champion.
