The farmhouse at Winzerstraße 79 is a former farmhouse in the Niederlößnitz district of Radebeul .

description

The residential building, which is listed as a single building, is a simple, two-story building on the south side of Winzerstraße, to which it is oriented with its gable. From Winzerstraße it is a two-sided courtyard: to the left of the courtyard is the former stable, which has been changed significantly over time as it protruded into Winzerstraße and which has now been converted into a residential building.

The simple farmhouse is plastered, towards the courtyard it shows a basket arch portal as an entrance in the middle of the eaves side, on top there is a gable roof .

In 1884, the owner Simon Rasch applied for a renovation of the half-timbered upper floor, including the roof, according to plans by the Kötzschenbroda master builder FA Bernhard Große . Approval for this was issued 14 months later in 1885.

In October 1919, the owner at the time, Ernst Weidermann, was reported to have made unauthorized changes to his house “to make it more comfortable.” In December, the changes were subsequently approved, along with the building permit for a veranda to be built by the builder Felix Sommer .

In the 2000s, the building was renovated in accordance with a listed building. The outbuilding was also modernized.
