The Bauhs nunatak is a 2225 m high nunatak in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises on the northern flank of the Walcott Firnfeld and around 6 km south-southeast of Mount Sirius .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after Luvern Raphael Bauhs (1918-1980) of the United States Antarctic Program , an ionospheric researcher at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1959.
