Lipno treetop path
The canopy path in the municipality of Lipno nad Vltavou is the first canopy path in the Czech Republic . It is located on the Kramolín hill above the Lipno reservoir , 901 meters above sea level.

The facility was opened in 2012. A joint venture between Erlebnis Akademie AG Bad Kötzting in Bavaria and the Czech State Forests ( Lesy ČR ) was responsible for the construction, in which around 2.5 million euros were invested .
The wooden treetop path rests on a total of 75 reinforced wooden pillars. The 675 meter long footbridge ends on the platform of the observation tower at a height of 40 meters. 372 meters of this is accounted for by the treetop path at a height of 24 meters. The spiral path to the top of the tower is 303 meters long. The tower is 24 meters in diameter and can be exited via a 52 m long slide . Along the path there are stations with play equipment and information boards on the forest ecosystem .
The Treetop Walkway in Lipno was one of the 50 most visited tourist attractions in the Czech Republic in 2018.
