A Baumkronenpfad (. U a well. Baumwipfelpfad , Baumkronenweg , Waldwipfelweg , and the like;. It is 1250 m long with the ramp in the 38.5 m high observation tower (636 m without the ramp). Outside the tower, the path is a maximum of 20 m high. Due to its barrier-free and step-free structure, it is suitable for wheelchair users and prams.

High altitude trails

Height trails are of a similar nature . In contrast to treetop paths, these are based on a high-wire course that can only be climbed with appropriate safety devices (usually via ferrata sets ). Various educational boards are installed on the platforms that provide information about the forest, the trees climbed and basic ecological relationships and can be exchanged depending on the visitor group. Height educational trails are at heights between 4 and 15 m and can be installed with comparatively little effort in a way that is gentle on the forest and trees. The first high altitude trail was opened in Enzklösterle (Northern Black Forest) in 2008 .
