Building blocks from Nag

The two building stones of Nag are south of the hamlet of Nag, near Solbakk in Ryfylke in Fylke Rogaland in Norway .

One of the building blocks of Nag is only 10 meters from the junction of Ryfylkevegen (Norwegian Nasjonale turistveger 13) with a small country road, in a field. The stone is about 3.5 meters high, 1.0 meters wide and 10 to 15 cm thick. It has the shape of a plate with a rounded upper edge. .

About 260 m south and closer to the sea, the slender, needle-shaped building stone of Nagavika stands in the flat pastureland. It is 4.5 to 5.0 meters high, about 50 cm wide and about 30 cm thick. It has a flat top and slopes slightly to the north.

A few 100 m to the west are the rock carvings of Solbakk .
