Origin and history
The Bavarian Mountain Hound originated at the end of the 19th century by the Hanover bloodhound with local Bracken with the aim crossed to breed a more mobile in mountainous terrain dog. The original bloodhounds had proven to be too heavy for use in the mountains. The unified mountain welding dog turned out to be not only a good hunting dog , but also a good family dog . The breed is a hunting working dog bred and from German breeding association, the FCI breed standard developed exclusively for hunters as welding dog handler , given act.
