The Bavarian Law on Education , abbreviated to BayEUG , regulates school law for public and private schools on the basis of Art. 128-137 of the Constitution of the Free State of Bavaria , since the legislative competence in the field of school law lies with the federal states Bavaria . A special feature of the Bavarian education system are the preparatory school facilities for children with special educational needs, which are provided in the law and do not exist in this form in any other federal state.
