Bazovik is a small village in the east of Serbia belonging to the Opština Pirot . In 2002 the population was 203 and they are mainly mountain farmers. The population was over 1,000 after the Second World War and has been falling steadily since the 1950s as the younger generation moves to the cities.

Bazovik is located about 25 km northwest of Pirot and 15 km northeast of Bela Palanka . Adjacent villages are Orlja and Cerova .
