Reviews

The editors of video.de rate the film positively and also allow it to have positive moments:

"Drunken Jackasses: The Quest" is the original name of this revealing appraisal of American student morals, which more than the German title suggests the quasi-documentary character of what is shown. In fact, the camera is simply held on in the best style of an uncensored MTV reality show , when American studios drop all inhibitions and coverings in the face of the treadmill of life or the hero of the story collects his baskets. Could develop potential with the appropriate recommendation. "

Cinema.de rated the film negatively:

"Spring Break (spring break) in Cabo San Luca, Mexico, the ballerina of US college students. While his buddies are partying, Eddie tries to lose his innocence ... Anyone who thinks of 'American Pie' now has cut himself. The pseudo-documentary by director Mike Fleiss, inventor of the reality show 'Bachelor' and producer of the disgust horror 'Hostel' (2006), is just plain scary! "
