Beate Hopf
Beate Hopf (* 1943 or 1944 ) is a German television assistant. She became known nationwide as the assistant to Wim Thoelke in the ZDF quiz show The Grand Prize since the show began in 1974.
Beate Hopf accompanied the candidates to their guessing places, presented them and their preferred field of knowledge and read out the numbers of winners from the problem child campaign , which was the program's cooperation partner , several times in the program .
Hopf studied theater studies and later became head of entertainment for the broadcaster Free Berlin . In August 1998 Beate Hopf suffered a serious car accident and then had to spend ten months in hospital. Today Beate Hopf lives in Kampen / Nordheide.
