Beatrix Nobis (* 1950 ) is a German art historian .

Life

Beatrix Nobis studied at the universities in Bonn and Braunschweig and in 1993 wrote her dissertation on Kurt Schwitters and romantic irony: a contribution to the interpretation of the Merz concept of art .

Nobis published in particular on classical modernism and contemporary art .
