Beatrix Philipp (athlete)
Beatrix Philipp (born September 26, 1957 in Munich ) is a former German shot putter and pentathlete .
At the European Athletics Indoor Championships, she was sixth in both 1977 in San Sebastián and 1978 in Milan .
In 1978 she was fifth in the pentathlon and eleventh in the shot put at the European Athletics Championships in Prague . At the European Indoor Championships in Sindelfingen in 1980 , she won bronze in the shot put.
She won her only German championship title in 1979 in the pentathlon. Four times she was in the open air (1976, 197, 1979, 1980) and five times in the hall (1976-1980) German runner-up in the shot put.
