Bei'an

The city of Bei'an ( Chinese 北安市 , Pinyin Běi'ān Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Heilongjiang , which belongs to the administrative area of the independent city of Heihe . Bei'an has an area of 6,313 km² and a population of 470,000.
