Bel'kovich is a large lunar crater in the form of an enclosed plain. It is badly eroded due to subsequent impacts. From the earth it can only be seen from the side, which makes observation difficult.

Bel'kovich penetrates the northeastern part of the Mare Humboldtianum , the younger crater Hayn is located in the northwest partially in Bel'kovich.
