Bel Abbey
Bel Abbey (born April 10, 1916 in Elton , Louisiana , † 1992 ) was an American Indian researcher and folklorist .
Bel Abbey was of Native American descent. He studied the language and culture of the Koasati (Coushatta) in the state of Louisiana.
