The Bell Tower is an office building in Edmonton , Alberta , Canada . It was completed in 1982. The building has 31 floors and is 130 meters high. It was also formerly known as the Canadian Commercial Bank Tower . The bank was headquartered in the building before going bankrupt in 1985. Several companies are currently using the office space in the building, including Bell Canada , Bishop & McKenzie LLP. and Great-West Life Assurance .
