The Mooball National Park is a national park in the far northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales , 648 km north-east of Sydney and 45 km northeast of Lismore .

The park is located northeast of Mount Jerusalem National Park, only around 10 km from the coast. The national park was formerly called Mooball State Forest and, with its subtropical lowland rainforests , which cover about a third of its area, is an important biotope. The park is bounded by the Codong Range and the Burringbar Range , both of which are mountain ranges with slopes facing the lowlands are also integrated in the park. Their peaks rise to between 40 m and 391 m. The land around the park is used for logging, cattle grazing and banana plantations.
