The Warra National Park is a national park in north-eastern Australian state of New South Wales , 438 km north of Sydney , 37 km south-east of Glen Innes and 68 km north-east of Armidale .

The park is south of the Henry River and south of the Sara River . The national park is located on the eastern slopes of the Great Dividing Range , west of the Guy Fawkes River National Park . The center of the park is dominated by a granite plateau that continues to the east beyond the boundaries of the park. Crown Mountain (1370 m) in the south and Nightcap Mountain (1372 m) in the north are the highest points. Most of the terrain is hilly, but there is a 300 meter steep drop off at Crown Mountain. Riparian forests, swamps and heathland, overgrown with eucalyptus and hard-leaved plants , shape the landscape.
