The Sara River is a river in the northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales .

geography

The river has its source west of Mount Mitchell , which in turn lies west of Warra National Park . From there the river flows east through unpopulated area. In the Guy Fawkes River National Park it forms the Boyd River together with the Guy Fawkes River .
