The Clyde River National Park is a national park in the southeast of the Australian state of New South Wales between Batmans Bay and Nelligen , 223 km south of Sydney . The park includes 9 km of riverside banks of the Clyde River , which surrounds the park on three sides. The fourth side is the Kings Highway in the northeast . The park was created in 2000 from a 10.91 km² portion of the Benendah State Forest .

The area consists of wooded hills. There are mangroves along the forested river banks .
