The Tarlo River National Park is a national park in the southeast of the Australian state of New South Wales , 134 km southwest of Sydney and about 40 km northeast of Goulburn .

The national park is located on the middle reaches of the Tarlo River , a tributary of the Wollondilly River in the southern table country of New South Wales. In the park, a natural river landscape of the highlands with river meanders can be observed.
