The Cataract National Park is a national park in the northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales , about 50 kilometers northeast of Tenterfield and about 88 kilometers west of Lismore .

The national park is on the north bank of the Cataract River and Bangala Creek , both tributaries of the Clarence River .
