The Yanununbeyan National Park is a national park in the southeast of the Australian state of New South Wales , 150 miles south of Sydney , 23 miles southeast of Canberra and 23 miles west of Braidwood .
Located between Tallaganda National Park to the east and the Queanbeyan River to the west, the park encompasses hill country on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range . The highest point is Mount Foxlow with 1210 m. Eucalyptus forest grows there , and snow eucalyptus in the higher elevations . In between there is light, grassy forest. The Yanununbeyan State Conservation Area connects to the southwest .
