The Jervis Bay National Park (NSW) is a national park in southern New South Wales , Australia in the area of Jervis Bay . It is located in the small town of Huskisson about 20 kilometers south-east of Nowra and partly borders on the Jervis Bay Territory , the Booderee National Park and the Jervis Bay Marine Park . It comprises several, non-contiguous areas on the north and west sides of the bay.
The park was created in 1995 and covers 48.54 square kilometers. The adjacent Booderee National Park was named Jervis Bay National Park until 1996 .
The park is managed by the New South Wales Department of Environment and Climate Change .
Facilities include walking trails and picnic areas in different parts of the park. The park's coastline is great for water sports and whale watching .
