Beloriszy

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Beloriszy ( Russian Белоризцы , wiss. Transliteration Belorizcy , also Beloriztsy) is a Russian sect that appeared in the Vladimir governorate around 1880 . Its name comes from the fact that its followers wore white shirts and white flax belts.

All people - including the tsar - were equal to them before God. They only recognized Jesus Christ as authority. They refused to use money, as did passports.
