The Belvidere Hill Historic District is a Historic District in the city of Lowell in the US state of Massachusetts . It includes Fairview Street , Talbot Street and Summit Street to parts of Nesmith Street , Fairmount Street , Mansur Street and Belmont Avenue . The area is approximately 15.4 hectares and contains 113 buildings in the style of the Colonial Revival and Victorian architecture .
The Belvidere Hill Historic District was built in 1894 and was listed on May 26, 1995 with the number 95000656 on the National Register of Historic Places .
