Benjamin Keith Falconer (born April 3, 1980 ) is a New Zealand-American biathlete and cross-country skier .

Ben Falconer has competed in international races since the late first decade of the 2000s. The first major event was the North American Biathlon Championships in 2008 in Itasca , where he started 12th in the sprint, 16th in the pursuit and 13th in the mass start race for the USA. Outside of North America, Falconer competes for New Zealand. In the 2008/09 season he started frequently in the IBU Cup in Europe. In his first race, an individual in Obertilliach , he finished 121st place. The New Zealander achieved his best individual results and the only results in the points in Bansko with an 18th place in the sprint and 12th place in the pursuit. In addition, he started the season in the cross-country skiing Australia / New Zealand Cup and in FIS races without achieving significant results. The highlight of the season was the Nordic World Ski Championships 2009 in Liberec , where Falconer failed to qualify as 119th in the freestyle sprint and was taken out of the race as a lapped runner in the 50 kilometer freestyle.
