Ben Gageik

Ben Gageik (born April 22, 1988 in Düsseldorf ) is a German actor .

Life

Ben Gageik grew up bilingual (German, English) and has Scottish roots. In 2008 he graduated from the Goethe-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf and then did his military service in the Air Force. His acting talent was discovered at an early age at his musical school and encouraged by committed teachers. Gageik made his debut in 2008 in the short film "The poor boy". In the following years further roles followed on RTL, ARD, ZDF and in various short films. In 2010 he played the leading role in Anil Jacob Kunnels " Pixelschatten ". "Romeos", which opened in German cinemas on December 8, 2011, is Gageik's first feature film. “Romeos” celebrated its world premiere in the “Panorama” section at the 61st Berlinale .
