Ben Nduga

Ben Nduga (actually Benjamin Kiyini Nduga; * 1930 ) is a former Ugandan sprinter .

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver in 1954 he reached the semifinals over 100 yards and was eliminated over 220 yards and with the Ugandan 4-by-110-yard relay in the preliminary run.

In 1956 he reached the quarter-finals at the Olympic Games in Melbourne over 100 m and was eliminated over 200 m in the preliminary run.

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff in 1958 , he came in sixth place with the Ugandan 4-by-110-yard relay. He failed over 100 yards and 220 yards in the quarterfinals.
