Benno Sabarth

Benno Friedrich Sabarth (born November 16, 1849 in Königsberg i. Pr. , † in the 20th century) was a German judge .

Life

He was the son of the real secret chief finance councilor Franz Ludwig Vinzenz Sabarth. In 1866 he passed the Abitur at the Lyceum in Hanover. He then began to study law in Göttingen. As a student he became a member of the Corps Bremensia Göttingen in 1866 . He got a doctorate. In 1869 he was sworn in. In 1875 he became a magistrate. In 1883 he was appointed district judge. In 1888 he was promoted to the district judge . In 1891 he was promoted to the regional judge in Hanover to the higher regional judge in Celle and in 1894 to the regional court director in Lüneburg. On New Year's Day 1900 he came to the Imperial Court. He was in the III. and II. Criminal Senate active. He retired on December 1, 1923.
