Maximilian Heinemann

Maximilian Theodor Heinemann (born December 24, 1840 in Bischofsburg , † February 19, 1924 ) was a German judge and lawyer .

Life

In 1865 he was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign and became an auscultator. In 1864 he was appointed trainee lawyer and in 1870 court assessor. In 1872 he became a public prosecutor's assistant in Poznan, and in 1879 he was appointed public prosecutor there. In 1882 he was transferred to Berlin. In 1886 he became the first public prosecutor in Göttingen. In 1892 he joined the Reich Attorney General as an unskilled worker. In 1894 he was promoted to the Higher Regional Court in Stettin. On Christmas Day 1895 he became a lawyer. In 1900 he became a judge at the Imperial Court. He was active in the second criminal senate. He retired in 1911.
