Ernst Heinrich Peez

Ernst Heinrich Peez (born December 14, 1846 in Mainz , † February 5, 1923 ) was a German judge .

Life

He received his doctorate in Giessen in 1867. In the same year he was sworn in to the Hessian sovereign. In 1871 he changed his nationality and he became state procurator in Alsace-Lorraine . In 1879 he was appointed district judge. In 1880 he was promoted to the district judge . In 1890 he was appointed higher regional judge. In 1900 he came from Colmar to the Imperial Court. He was active in the 2nd Civil Senate . He retired on New Year's Day 1912.
