Benoît Poilvet

Benoît Poilvet (born August 27, 1976 in Saint-Brieuc ) is a former French cyclist .

Benoît Poilvet began his professional career in 2000 with the French cycling team Crédit Agricole . In his only Tour de France participation in 2003 , he finished the tour in 109th place overall. At the Tour de Langkawi 2006 he reached a tenth place in the overall standings. Once, in 2006, he competed in the Giro d'Italia and twice (2005 and 2006) in the Vuelta a España . In 2008 he decided the Tour de Bretagne for himself. After this season he ended his active cycling career as a professional.
