Sascha Berger (* 1976 in Saarbrücken ) is a German musician who performed under the name Berger .

biography

Berger is the son of pop singer Jutta Berger and pop singer Norbert Maria Berger (both known as Duo Cindy & Bert ). He learned to play the guitar and founded the band "Das Reimheitsgebot" with some friends in the mid-1990s.

In 1998 he left the band and released his solo album In a Secret Mission a year later . The single and album were not a success.

In 2000 Berger landed a hit with the song Show me your face , the theme song for the second season of the reality show Big Brother . The song made it to number 2 in the German single charts. In the course of this success, Berger released his debut album again, supplemented by the song Show me your face .

2001 was followed by the album Gift , which was unsuccessful, only the single If you can't love me, then hate me at least briefly climbed into the top 100 of the German single charts.
