Mountain test near Wehlen
The mountain test near Wehlen is a traditional sporting event that has been held annually since 1980, usually on the last Saturday in March in Saxon Switzerland .
It is a demanding sports hike with a maximum of 1,400 meters of altitude to be mastered. There is a choice of routes between 10 and 37 kilometers, which lead past numerous sights of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains .
Organizers are:
- Dresdner Wanderer- und Bergsteigerverein eV (DWBV eV for short),
- WKF Bergfried 91 and
- White-Green hiking group
Until 1990 it was VEB Kombinat Robotron .

- Königstein Fortress , Palmschänke, Latzhütte
- Bielabrücke, ascent to Kirchleitenweg, Quirl
- Pfaffenstein , Nadelöhr (descent), Pfaffendorf

- Lilienstein (it is possible to bypass the senior option)

- Rathen health resort
- Koppelgrund and Füllhölzelweg to goat back

- Wolfsschlucht, Hockstein

- Steinerner Tisch, Schwarzberggrund and back to Stadt Wehlen
- Destination: Pension "Am Nationalpark" on the outskirts of the city of Wehlen
