Bernard Marchand

Bernard Marchand (born January 31, 1912 ; † unknown) was a Swiss sprinter .

Life

At the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936 he was eliminated over 100 m and in the 4 x 100 meter relay in the preliminary run.

In 1938 he was sixth over 100 m at the European Athletics Championships in Paris . Over 200 m he reached the semi-finals, and in the 4 x 100 meter relay he was disqualified in the final with the Swiss team.

He set his personal best over 100 m of 10.7 s in 1937.
