Bernard Martino

Bernard Martino (born November 11, 1941 in Algiers ) is a French author and director.

Martino studied at the Institut des hautes études cinématographiques (IDHEC) <. From 1968 he started his documentary films at the Office de Radiodiffusion Télévision Française (ORTF). He became known through his documentaries about society, humanity, education, personality and pedagogy, especially under Emmi Pikler .
