Bernd Hucke

Bernd Hucke (born September 21, 1952 in Witzenhausen ) is a German lawyer and was most recently a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Career

In 1981, after completing his legal training, Hucke entered the higher judicial service of the State of Hesse . There he initially worked as a judge at the Frankfurt am Main regional court . In 1990 he was appointed judge at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main , where he was assigned to a civil senate and was also entrusted with administrative matters. In 2002, Hucke was promoted to presiding judge at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main.

In April 2008 he was finally appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. Here he was assigned to III , who was responsible for official liability law , contract law and broker law . Civil Senate assigned.

He retired on March 31, 2018.
