Bernd Nentwig

Bernd Nentwig (* 1957 in Kassel ) is a German architect . Since 1998 he has been professor for construction management and construction economics at the Bauhaus University Weimar .

Life

Bernd Nentwig studied architecture and industrial design at the University of Kassel with a diploma in 1986. After working in the construction industry, he was a research assistant at the professorship for project management and industrial construction at the University of Kassel from 1989 to 1993. From 1994 to 1997 he worked in project management and project management at Lahmeyer International GmbH , Bad Vilbel. In 1996 he became a Dr.-Ing. In Kassel with the work "Development of an Expert System for Planning and Control of Planning Processes" . PhD .

In 1996 he received a reputation as a university professor of construction management and construction of the Bauhaus University Weimar . Since 2008 he has also been director of the Institute for European Urban Studies at the Bauhaus University Weimar.

In 1996 he founded N + Projektentwicklung und Baumanagement GmbH, which in 2002 together with pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG became N + Objektmanagement GmbH. In 2007 he founded the Bauhaus-Gesellschaft mbH.

Nentwig is the publisher of the Bau- und Immobilienmanagement series of publications by VDG-Verlag.

He is a certified Drum Circle Facilitator .
